Casein is the protein derived from non-fat dairy milk. It allows our cheese alternatives to mimic the texture and performance found in dairy cheese. Vegetarians include casein in their diets; however, most vegans generally do not.

Our artisan production methods and excellent quality control provide the long shelf life for unopened packages of our cheese alternatives.
How long will your products last in my refrigerator?
Use clean utensils and wash your hands before handling any food products. Keep The Good Health Cheese Alternative® refrigerated and tightly wrapped or in an airtight container. Use within about 7 days after opening.
Can I substitute your products for dairy cheese in my recipes?
Yes. Most recipes will be similar in texture, and healthier, when made with The Good Health Cheese Alternative®.
